My wife and I had the good fortune to find Matt’s add in a magazine shortly after we bought our new house. We knew we wanted a screened in patio, but did not know where to find a reliable and trustworthy builder. His ad showed the type of structure we wanted so we called to get an estimate. Matt came to our home and listened to what we envisioned and came up with the plans to make it happen. Matt took care to all the permitting needed and proceeded to build our screened patio to well beyond our expectations. We were consulted during the whole process and kept informed every step of the way. Matt’s work is absolutely meticulous. He is detailed oriented and was more demanding of his work than we were. Considering how much wood had to be cut, I was amazed at how clean our yard and patio was. Every night and I mean every night the patio was swept and blown free of sawdust.
